Burnt Pix Contest Reveal!

This page explains how the Burnt Pix contest reveal works using the Lukso blockchain to ensure transparency and fairness.

How It Works

1. Each entry receives a unique ticket number.
2. A future block number is chosen and announced publicly.
3. Once the block is mined, the hash is fetched.
4. The last three digits of the block hash determine the winners.

By using the Lukso blockchain, the process is transparent and verifiable by anyone. The announced block number and the block hash ensure that the draw cannot be manipulated.

Example

Suppose we choose block number 123456. The block hash for this block is  0xe198fa90e5014ac4acfe94f0e1a04acbe29e29cafc65b7b9797442ff7bed9dc7. The last three digits of the hash, 797, are used to determine the winning ticket.

The nearest ticket number to the last three digits of the block hash will be used to determine the winner. If the distance is the same, the lower ticket number will be chosen.
